Single Pedestal Study Desk – Quantity: 100 Each ● Minimum Dimensions 42” W X 24” D X 30” H ● Construction - Must have at least one (1) drawer in the front (pencil drawer). - Dovetail Joinery - Should have a four (4)-way rail-360 degree rail at every drawer box level, mortise, and tenon - Drawer boxes should have stretchers and corner blocks - The desk should have full extension drawer glides that exceed 100 lbs. - The desk should have floor glides - The desk should have finger pulls on every drawer box ● Materials - Desk should have solid hardwood EFT Hevea Brasiliensis, oak, ash, maple, or other hardwood for side panels, or solid core covered by wood veneer. - Unexposed components should be constructed of solid hardwoods - Tops should be internally edge banded on four (4) sides with a minimum of 3/8 solid hardwood. - Tops should be black or dark grey, sides/legs should be lighter colored wood, to be determined - Core should be ¾” MDF, with a standard high-pressure laminate with a minimum of .062” with industry-approved backer. - Case and back and drawer bottoms should be constructed of a minimum ¼” plywood. - Drawer pulls should be full length finger pulls. - Drawer boxes should be constructed of a ½” plywood and the bottoms should be constructed of ¼” plywood. - Minimum 10 Year Warranty
