• Service must be performed in accordance to manufacturers’ recommended maintenance schedule. • Vendor must be an authorized dealer or an authorized service center to perform maintenance on each boat motor (See Attachment D: List of Boat Motor Manufacturers). • Vendor will come to the designated location to perform scheduled maintenance upon request within 5 calendar days. • The Vendor shall waive travel fees including mileage, travel time fees, fuel, etc. with a minimum of six units (motors) per service call. • Parts shall be bid with a percentage off manufacturer’s list price. All parts must be OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or OEM equivalent parts. • All parts and fluids shall meet or exceed manufacturer’s specifications for each specific motor. Use of genuine fluids and parts required when applicable for warranty purposes as required by engine manufacturer. • Price Lists: The Contractor shall furnish price lists, catalogs, and descriptive literature to any Using Agency upon request of the Agency, in a timely manner, at no cost to the Agency. • Price List Changes: Any price list changes must be approved by the Office of State Procurement. Price list changes will be considered once in each contract period beginning in the initial award period. The original price list discount awarded shall remain constant throughout the duration of the contract and renewals. Deeper discounts will be accepted.
