Specifications include, but are not limited to: Marine Survival Training Center (MSTC) holds training classes five days a week (Monday – Friday) (this does not coincide with University semesters, as MSTC provides the classes to private industries). The University is requesting pricing for box lunches, to be provided daily from a licensed Catered Food Event vendor. MSTC is closed on all major holidays and two weeks for Christmas. In addition, MSTC will be closed during an airshow held at the Lafayette Regional Airport. The schedule of closures will be made available to the successful vendor throughout the contract. The University cannot guarantee classes to be held due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes or labor disputes, embargoes, government orders or any other force majeure event.
