Specifications include, but are not limited to: PROFESSIONAL SECURITY SERVICES. The Rock County Human Services Department (HSD) is requesting Proposals for Professional Security Services effective January 1, 2009. The successful Contractor will be required to provide the following services, personnel and equipment: Scheduled service will be provided at all times 24-hours per day, Monday through Sunday. The Contractor shall be permitted choice of the following staff scheduling options for security guard daily coverage: A. One (1) security guard on day shift, one (1) security guard on p.m. shift and one (1) security guard on night shift for a total of 168 hours per week. No one guard is permitted to work more than 16 hours per 24-hour interval. OR B. One (1) security guard on day shift, and one (1) security guard on night shift with no one guard working more than 16 hours per 24-hour interval for a total of 168 hours per week.
