City of Kenner owns and/or leases approximately 62 buildings throughout the COK and is seeking qualified vendors to provide emergency remediation services on an as needed basis through a selection process. 1. Work and services will be on an as-needed basis. Work will be performed for various CITY Departments. Work will consist of providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to provide cleaning, sanitizing, disinfecting, water extraction, drying services, structure and contents cleaning, temporary power, documentation of restoration, mold remediation, temporary heat or air conditioning, debris removal, temporary board-up, interior tear out, dehumidification, deodorizing, removal of wet and other materials which pose a health risk, properly dispose of all debris with possible evidence and suspicion of mold and mildew growth due to water intrusion events or by other means in CITY owned buildings or as needed by other CITY agencies.
