Proposed goods/services include but are not limited to: technology maintenance, mobile applications, web-based applications, telehealth platforms, back-end data collection, data dashboards, and hardware configuration. A. The successful respondent must be able to provide the following services: 1. Communication & Collaboration • Attend bi-weekly onsite meetings (25 visits/year) with the research team at no additional cost to PBRC. • Provide weekly progress updates in addition to in-person meetings. • Use project management software that allows the research team to track progress and collaborate on all phases of development. • Provide written documentation outlining project needs and deliverables to ensure clear expectations and accountability. • Collaborate with the PBRC programming team to ensure long-term product maintenance by PBRC staff. • Lead a thorough scoping process and deliver finalized scope documents, approved by the Grant PI, before development begins. 2. Availability & Flexibility • Be available to make real-time changes to the product, including outside of regular business hours, if needed. • Accommodate flexible work hours to maintain project continuity and address questions outside scheduled meetings. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in close coordination with on-site project managers. • Perform all work in-house; subcontracting is not permitted. 3. Technical Expertise & Development • Possess full-stack engineering capabilities, including both front-end (UI/design) and backend (data collection, HTML, CSS, Java, etc.) development. • Capable of relating design and development analysis together for behavioral technology. • Implement strategic solutions that incorporate analytics, mobile compatibility, and high-level security. • Conduct automated testing of code functionality prior to final delivery. • Provide a working prototype before launching the full product...
