A) Community Outreach and Street Team Management 1) Recruit, train, manage, and deploy street teams and canvassing teams to engage eligible riders and increase Opportunity Pass sign-ups. 2) Develop a canvassing strategy to reach high-traffic areas, such as transit hubs, schools, community centers, and special events. 3) Coordinate with youth ambassadors, community organizations, and local businesses to distribute information and assist with and complete new opportunity pass sign-ups. 4) Youth-run training on the program. Hiring and outreach material creation, specifically language overviewed by youth to ensure language accessibility. Canvassing and community outreach collaboration with RIDE and the Youth Ambassador team to ensure coordinated efforts. Especially as it relates to existing mobile sign-up team and systems. B) Marketing and Digital Promotion 1) Creative Content Development: • Design and produce branded marketing materials, social media content, and digital ads to promote the Opportunity Pass. • Develop a professional promotional video featuring community youth ambassadors, local influencers, and Opportunity Pass success stories. 2) BOOSTED SOCIAL MEDIA CAMPAIGNS: • Execute paid digital ad campaigns on platforms that reach the target audience such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to drive signups. • Monitor engagement and optimize campaign performance based on audience behavior. 3) Local Media Partnerships: • Work with local media outlets to place features and editorial coverage about the program. 4) Youth run creative development. Ensure that concepts are youth-created, storyboarded, and language. A coordinated materials distribution calendar which includes the Youth Ambassadors distribution schedule as they continue to put out their own work. C) Distribution of Opportunity Pass Marketing Materials 1) Materials Inventory & Distribution: • Utilize any existing marketing materials and order new prints as needed. • Request existing marketing materials (rack cards) as needed. • Order, print, and distribute Opportunity Pass materials promotional items efficiently, as needed. • Coordinate distribution to community partners. D) Analytics and Reporting 1) Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as: • Sign-up numbers before, during, and after outreach campaigns. • Engagement rates from street teams and digital ads. • EFFECTIVENESS OF MEDIA PARTNERSHIPS AND PROMOTIONS. 2) Provide monthly reports summarizing campaign impact and recommendations for improvement. 3) Adjust marketing and outreach strategies based on data
