The services should include, at a minimum: (1) Unlimited cellular minutes of talk time. (2) Unlimited SMS/MMS text messages. (3) Unlimited mobile data. (4) Nationwide roaming and long-distance calling/texting/data usage. (5) Cellular devices, both telephones, WIFI and tablets, made by at least two (2) major manufacturers, including but not limited to Apple, Samsung, LG, and Google. Minimum Equipment and Performance Requirements: i. All equipment and accessories provided to the city must be new, unused, and meet minimum industry standards. Except for replacement equipment. ii. Equipment includes smartphones, tablets, wireless data cards, mobile/hands free kits, chargers, cases, belt clips, etc. iii. Contractor must bill each individual agency/department separately. iv. Equipment must be delivered within 48-hours of ordering, with a 24-hour Equipment activation timeframe - 2-3 business days for 100 lines or more. v. Smartphones must support Mobile Device Management Systems (MDM) information that allows subscribers to handle all business communication and information and have the ability to gather data.
