Each lawn care visit to include: 1. Lawn Mowing and weed-eating of all grassed areas – twice (2) per month. 2. Weeding of flower beds outside of buildings – once (1) per month, to include pruning. 3. Trimming of low-hanging branches and limbs that can be accomplished from the ground with pole and saw pruners – once (1) in the spring and once (1) in mid-summer. 4. Replacement of shrubs on an “as needed” basis. NSU to provide replacement plants. Contractor is responsible for providing chemicals, fertilizers, mulch, straw and/or any other supplies needed. 5. All landscaping shall be maintained reasonably free of fire ants, sugar ants, ant mounts or beds, and timely fertilization of turf utilizing water-soluble synthetic, inorganic fast release, for quick-turn response, and slow release for longer residual turn response.
