The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Base Bid: Replacement restroom facility to meet BFE in a V-Zone, ADA and compliance with all codes and standards. Under utilities, sanitary sewer and domestic water connections and lines within the footprint of the building. Domestic water includes the tap into the existing main line and piping on the utility’s side of the water meter. Sanitary sewer scope includes the tap into the existing line, piping from the line to the curb of the public street. All required earthwork and removal/replacement of existing paving required to construct each connection. 2. Alternate No. 1: SEWER AND DOMESTIC WATER LINES: Provide utilities as indicated on the drawings and specifications as follows: 1. Provide 6” sewer and 2” domestic water lines running between the start and end points identified in Base Bid documents, along with cleanouts and all required earthwork and removal/replacement of paving required to construct the utility runs. 3. Alternate No. 2: ACCESS RAMP AND SIDEWALK: Provide ramp and paving as indicated on the drawings and specifications as follows: Provide ADA compliant access ramp and sidewalk.
