The Project includes but not limited to providing fixed bench (pew) seating for each courtroom, secured with concealed fasteners to the concrete slab. Materials, taxes, shipping, and installation, complete. 1. The facility will be occupied and operational during the installation period. 2. Coordinate work schedule with the building manager. 3. Protect existing finishes and equipment. B. Contractor is responsible for transporting equipment & materials throughout the building. Existing elevator is not to be used by the Contractor for vertical transportation during construction, except as specifically allowed by the Owner. C. “Work Site” or “Project Site” defined as the building and surrounding walkways, roadways, and parking areas. The Work Site does not include other buildings and surrounding areas on the campus.
