A barn-like building for LASCC. This is a mostly open-air structure that will be used to park vehicles and trailers that are occasionally used by LASCC to transport rescued livestock to their existing animal shelter on N. Dugas Road. The primary structure will be a pre-engineered metal building supported on a concrete foundation with reclaimed asphalt pavement infill. Included in the scope of work is a small wood framed storage room, elevated to be above the base flood elevation, with ramp access. Required Mechanical (water) and Electrical Service will be served from the adjacent animal shelter facility. There is no Mechanical HVAC presently included in the scope of work. The scope of work also includes concrete drive access, reclaimed asphalt pavement exit drive, and fencing.
