FY 2026 Janitorial LPAA -1059 Brickyard Services performed at Louisiana Property Assistance Agency: 1059 Brickyard Lane - Monday, Wednesday, Friday (3 times a week) & 950 Brickyard Lane., Monday, Wednesday, Friday, (3 times a week). All work must be done between 7:30 AM - 2:00 PM. *Vendor to supply all labor, equipment, cleaning supplies. *LPAA is to supply all other restroom supplies (toilet tissue, hand soap, and hand towels and trash can liners) *If and when LPAA'S office is closed due to a weather event, etc. monthly billing will still apply. Three Times A Week: 1. All vinyl and Ceramic Floors to be dusted, damp mopped, and buffed. 2. Carpet to be vacuumed and spot cleaned. 3. Restrooms: Clean and disinfect restroom fixtures, sinks, mirrors, urinals and toilets. Empty trash cans, replace liners and clean receptacles. Refill dispensers as needed in in restrooms. Sweep and damp mop floors. Spot clean walls and partitions. 4. Empty trash cans, replace liners, and clean trash cans if needed. 5. Empty and clean ash urn 6. Clean water fountain 7. Trash will be collected and placed outside for pick-up in accordance with pick up schedule 8. Spot clean glass, customer window glass, entrance doors and other inside glass Weekly 1. Dust window sills and ledges 2. Wash front door glass 3. Clean interior glass 4. Kitchen: Clean kitchen/sinks, tables, counter tops, cabinets, outside of appliances (not inside) 5. Dust file cabinets and top of employees' cubicles, partitions, and cabinets 6. Spot clean walls 7. All tile floors to be spray buffed Quarterly 1. Clean blinds 2. Clean outside of light fixtures 3. Restrooms: Wash and sanitize all restroom walls and partitions, machine scrub restroom ceramic floors 4. Clean and polish brass or chrome 5. Wash windows inside and out 6. Machine scrub lobby ceramic floor 7. Dust baseboards 8. Dust air conditioner vents Semi Annually (Twice A Year) 1. Shampoo all Carpet 2. Strip and wax vinyl tile floors except for auction (now concrete)
