Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. School 1. Demolition of damaged and temporary structures (roofing, glazing, wall panels, canopies, fencing). 2. Replacement of damaged roofing (modified bitumen and shingle) as well as all related flashing, metal work, downspouts, etc. 3. Replacement of damaged glazing, metal panels, vinyl siding, walkway canopies, door canopies, fencing, etc. 4. Resealing or repainting of existing masonry. 5. Replacement of damaged ceiling tiles. 6. Replacement of carpet. 7. Replacement of removed drywall. B. Athletics 1. Baseball/Softball a. Replacement of 30’ x 67’ batting cages for baseball and softball, including PEMB, foundation, and sports netting. b. Replacement of 60’ x 80’ batting cages for baseball and softball, including PEMB, foundation, and sports netting. (Alternate Bid 1) 2. Football/Track a. Demolition of remaining visitor’s press box. b. Preparation of structure below the visitor’s press box. c. Install of new prefabricated press box. d. Reroof of restroom building (modified bitumen). e. Placement of two prefabricated wood-framed storage buildings (track and football). f. Repair of damaged lights, HVAC, and plumbing. g. Replacement of existing football stadium light poles (Alternate Bid 2)
