Specifications include, but are not limited to: Security control arms are needed at the Canal Street Facility for the Bienville Street bus entrance. Contractor will install four (4) new gate arms and control box to open gates independently, and a master switch to lock all gates in the event of an emergency. This will require a new aluminum rigid conduit to be ran underground from the guard shack building to each gate operator, as well as having a new dedicated circuit tied into the main power feed of the building. Contractor will need to saw cut each driveway for the installation of conduit per NFPA and NEC requirements, to protect the circuits due to weight of vehicles, new safety loops as well as install photo beams as an additional safety precaution. Contractor will also provide an S2 Micronode and program it to work with the existing S2 access control system; and three hundred (300) RF tag readers for busses/cars to open gates automatically.
