Specifications include, but are not limited to: Needed Services Health Care for the Homeless (HCH) is a division of the New Orleans Health Department that receives federal funds to provide primary healthcare, dental and behavioral health services to the community. HCH seeks a professional medical cleaning service that acquires its own EPA Registered disinfectants and other high-quality cleaning products to sanitize two (2) of the HCH clinic locations. 1) HCH-Edna Pilsbury (EP) Clinic 2222 Simon Bolivar Ave 2nd Floor New Orleans, LA 70113 -Five (5) business days (M-F) between 7:30am-5:00pm, in specified areas of the 1st and 2nd floor (15,000 square feet) that are utilized by HCH’s patients and clinic staff. *Areas to be cleaned for Medical: Specimen Collection Restroom, Seven (7) Exam Rooms and Laboratory (Room #’s 213-219), Test Kitchen (Room #221) *Areas to be cleaned for Dental: Dental Operatories 1-5, Sterilization Room, Dental Lab, Staff Only/Pump Room, and the Soiled Utilities Room. 2) HCH-Arthur Monday (AM) Clinic 1111 Newton Street New Orleans, LA 70114 -Three (3) business days per week in specified areas of the 1st floor (2,000 square feet) that are utilized by HCH’s patients and clinic staff. (Will discuss days and time with vendor). * Areas to be cleaned: Three (3) Exam Rooms, One (1) Laboratory, and the Medical Hallway and Bathroom.
