The Board is seeking a qualified engineering consulting firm to update and calibrate the existing hydraulic model of the East Bank water distribution network. The current model is outdated and does not reflect the present-day performance of the system. Updates are needed to incorporate system expansions, shifts in demand, and infrastructure improvements. The selected consultant will be responsible for providing all necessary materials, labor, field testing, database updates, model licensing, software, and other associated services to complete the model update and calibration.
