Specifications include, but are not limited to: Waukesha County, on behalf of the HOME Consortium representing Jefferson, Ozaukee, Washingtonand Waukesha Counties, is seeking proposals from qualified firms to administer Home BuyerCounseling programs including but not limited to conducting and coordinating seminars, liaison withlenders, financial counseling and referrals for down payment assistance.Firms may propose providing the services for all counties, or by the following two county combinations:Jefferson & Waukesha Counties or Ozaukee & Washington Counties. The Sub grantee shall conduct a minimum of nine (9) homebuyer informational seminars. Sub granteeshall also be responsible for outreach and liaison with lenders, residents and real estate agents.Sub grantee shall provide the following services to potential homebuyers in accordance with HOMEregulations:One-on-one counselingReviewing, analyzing and assisting in budget counselingProvide referrals for homebuyer assistance programsMaintaining comprehensive confidential files related to the services providedReporting monthly on program participants and status of homebuyer records
