A. Chiller 3 – Changeout of three (3) chiller compressors: o Chiller 3, Circuit 1, one compressor o Chiller 3, Circuit 2, two compressors Work to include, but not limited to the following: 1. Initial site inspection. 2. Recover existing charge from chillers. 3. Remove existing and replace compressor contactors, filter driers and crankcase heaters. 4. Replace any faulty relay boards and control cables. 5. Recharge and pressurize circuits. 6. Restart units and check for leaks. 7. Check for unit stabilization. 8. Return to normal operation. B. Chiller 4 – Changeout of two (2) chiller compressors: • Chiller 4, Circuit 2, two compressors Work to include, but not limited to the following: 1. Initial site inspection. 2. Recover existing charge from chillers. 3. Remove existing and replace compressor contactors, filter driers and crankcase heaters. 4. Replace any faulty relay boards and control cables. 5. Recharge and pressurize circuits. 6. Restart units and check for leaks. 7. Check for unit stabilization. 8. Return to normal operation. C. Chiller 4 – Replace two (2) EXV valves and modules. D. Chiller 4 – Remove and replace condenser fan motor and blades.
