A. All turf areas shall be mowed weekly March to October and every two weeks November through February. Total of 40 service dates. Trash in turf and landscape beds should be removed prior to mowing. B. All concrete areas shall be mechanically edged each visit and kept weed free. Expansion joints and cracks may be sprayed with an approved herbicide as needed. C. All landscape beds, including the ground cover in the parking lot islands shall be kept weed free year-round. A combination of hand pulling and herbicide applications should be used. D. All sidewalks and concrete areas shall be swept or blown each visit. E. All areas surrounding trees, signs, and curbs shall be mechanically trimmed each visit.
