Specifications include, but are not limited to: Grounds Maintenance Includes: - Trimming all shrubs - Pruning of all Trees - Weeding Beds Note: 8 Visits from March – October Mowing Includes: - Mow once every 2 weeks March - October - Mow once a month November – February - Fertilize lawn to stay lush and green as needed year round Drive by Grounds Maintenance Checks Includes: - Pre-Emergent - Post - Emergent - Weeding Beds Note: 3 Visits from November – February and 8 Visits from March – October Mulch Installation - Twice Per Year Includes: - Clean up debris as necessary - Post Emergent weed application - Edging of beds - Add Mulch to the bed area Note: Include in Contract (240 bags) Irrigation Spring Turn on Includes: - Turn on Irrigation System for the Season - Walk through of the entire system looking for issues - Adjust heads as necessary - If issues are found in the system, then we will email a "Do not exceed amount" quote for repairs - winterize the irrigation system before winter Pruning Tree limbs under 8' once a year Includes: - Pruning all suckers and crown - Thin out the heads - Clean up and remove debris Note: Include in Contract Planting Includes: - If dead plants are found provide an estimate to replace them.
