Specifications include, but are not limited to: Seeking a qualified cartographer/graphic design vendor to create and edit maps and update printed timetables and other materials for upcoming changes to transit routes and schedules for New Links implementation. Product/Service: Graphic design work to update maps and timetables for 32 printed schedule brochures. All brochures are 4” x 9” multi-panel fold-outs. Twenty-four (24) are 8-panel brochures. Six (6) are 4-panel brochures. Two (2) are 3 panel brochures. Sizes and panels may change as needed based on new content according to route changes established by RTA’s Planning and Scheduling department. Vendors should provide total cost estimate, broken out by hourly rate and estimated time to complete updates to all 32 printed schedules.
