The College seeks a comprehensive design plan a vital piece of the necessary equipment to provide the Global Wind Organisation (GWO) Sea Survival Training Module in its Wind Turbine Technicians program, specifically a ladder simulating a WTG boat landing that can be affixed to a pool deck suitable for practicing safe transfer between ladder and boat. The recommended equipment and supplies must adhere to the established GWO standards. Qualified proposers will possess a complete understanding of GWO standards and the proven expertise with which to provide the College with a detailed, well-researched, and cost-effective plan for procuring the necessary equipment and supplies for each of the training standards outlined in this RFP. Successful delivery of the proposed solution will result in the following: • A degree and certificate program that possesses all of the necessary equipment and supplies for training wind turbine technicians • A degree and certificate program that possesses all of the necessary equipment and supplies that will enable the College to initiate a request for accreditation by the GWO • Communication between the College and a provider with regard to maintaining the usability and safety of all procured equipment and supplies • Open and ongoing communication between the College and a provider with regard to replenishing any supplies as needed after the initial procurement is complete • Financial value to the College
