EBR is seeking a vendor to provide project management, conduct a needs assessment, prepare a comprehensive Request for Proposal (RFP), evaluate proposals and recommend a vendor, conduct contract negotiations, and oversee the installation and implementation of a new ERP solution. DEMOGRAPHICS: Situated in the southeastern part of central Louisiana, Baton Rouge is the state's capital and second largest city with an estimated population of 230,139. East Baton Rouge has a population 441,438. The land area of city parish is 455.37 square miles. The parish's population density is 966.6 people per square mile. The total budget is $780.5 million and the General Fund budget is $292 million. The City employs 4,738 full-time and provides Public Safety, Fire, Public Works, Finance, City Court, Library, Building, Zoning, Planning, and Administrative services.
