Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor agrees during the term of this Contract or any extension thereof, to furnish all labor, supervision, licenses, insurance, supplies, materials equipment necessary for the performance of the work of this Contract unless otherwise specified herein. B. Contractor is expected to conduct the Contract operations in a professional manner and to supply generally acceptable landscaping services. C. Contractor agrees to be responsible for and shall provide general supervision of all his employees working under this Contract. Whenever any employee is working, there shall be a designated supervisor directing his/her work. Contractor shall provide each of employees with an identification badge to include name, picture and company name to be worn at all times while performing on City property. D. For each visit to a designated City location, Contractor shall: 1. Perform monthly bed maintenance on a twice per month frequency. 2. Cut and trim out green space. 3. Keep limbs off walk and drives. 4. Fertilize shrubs. 5. Change/install mulch during spring and winter months. 6. Seasonal flower change. 7. Successful contractor will maintain the beds in a well-groomed manner throughout the year. 8. The Contractor must keep records indicating the start and completion date of maintenance performed.
