The scope of work includes: Complete demolition and removal of specified dilapidated properties. Proper disposal of debris in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. Site grading to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. Restoration of the site to a clean and leveled condition suitable for redevelopment or public use. Proposal Submission Requirements Interested contractors must submit the following: A detailed quotation including a breakdown of costs (labor, equipment, materials, disposal, etc.) Proof of licensing and certifications applicable to demolition work in Louisiana. A timeline for project completion, including milestones. References from previous similar projects. Proof of insurance coverage, including liability and workers' compensation. All bidders must have an active UEI number that is verifiable on Sam.gov
