The contract will entail providing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools and permits made a part hereof including any and all necessary duct work, transition work, electrical work and work associated to properly install specified equipment. All equipment installed to be of new and current manufacture and is to be in proper working order as designed by manufacturer upon completion of job. Where brand names and/or stock numbers are specified, it is for the purpose of establishing certain minimum standards of quality. Bids may be submitted for products of equal quality provided brand names and/or stock numbers are specified. Complete product data of equal products may be required prior to award. TS-1 The following should be included for the kitchen exhaust system: • AHJ testing • Delivery of all Equipment to STA 37 • Exhaust duct fabrication/installation • MUA duct fabrication/installation • Furnish and spot wall curbs • Provide clearance reduction method (insulated wall panels with stainless steel finish) • Furnish and install all stainless steel closure panel(s) • Furnish and install all UL-listed duct wrap • Furnish and install all access panels • Test and balance of mechanical system • Provide any heavy equipment needed TS-2 The following should be included for the fire suppression system: • Furnish and install pre-engineered UL 300 wet chemical fire suppression system • Test and certification of the fire suppression system • Manufacturer’s component equipment • Furnish gas shut-off valve needed for a suppression installation project (installed by a licensed plumber) • Furnish and install Pyro Chem fire suppression system • Final inspection needed for a suppression installation project
