The Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government, Department of Planning and Zoning applies for grantsunder the FEMA Hazard Mitigation Assistance programs including Severe Repetitive Loss (SRL), FloodMitigation Assistance, Predisaster Mitigation and Repetitive Loss Claims Programs. Funding from theseprograms provide the necessary funding to reduce or eliminate the long-term risk of flood damage to severerepetitive loss residential and commercial structures insured under the National Flood Insurance Program(NFIP) and other parish assets. The Parish is interested in procuring the services of an administrativeconsulting firm to prepare and submit applications as necessary and to implement the programs as necessary,if funded.The procedures for the selection of this firm will be in accordance with the procurement requirements of theFederal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government. Allresponses received will be evaluated in accordance with the selection criteria and corresponding point system,which is identified in the request for statements of qualifications and cost proposals package.
