Specifications include, but are not limited to:Overview: The City seeks to procure software and implementation services for an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Proposers should submit only fixed price proposals, inclusive of all costs for software, hosting, implementation , training, travel, third-party products and any and all other costs associated with implementing the ERP system. The City is only considering off-premise (“hosted”) deployment models, though exceptions may be considered for third-party applications or other valid business reasons. The City intends to contract only with the proposer for any and all implementation services, including those for any third-party products, which shall be included in one contract and statement of work. Separate contracts with third parties for licensing, maintenance and support, and hosting may be considered. The City intends to commit up to FOUR MILLION AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($4,000,000.00) for all costs during the implementation period for the Core functionality specified in this RFP. The multi-year cost of the proposed solution will also be a factor in assessing proposals.
