Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Business Process Improvement Consulting Services for the Jefferson Parish Departments of Finance, Human Resources and Electronic Information Systems by mutual consent of the Parties and approval by the Parish Council (Parishwide).; The Jefferson Parish Departments of Finance, Human Resources, and Electronic Information Systems are seeking a team of qualified professionals with proven experience in ERP consulting, including overall project management, business process identification and modernization, process mapping, planning, and business improvement strategies. Additionally, the selected firm shall confect a SOQ based on their analysis for a full ERP solution and assist the Parish in software evaluation, selection, and contract negotiations. On-site consultation is expected at various stages of the process.
