The Provider will be required to provide the following: 1. Provide four (4) hot meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and midnight meals) per 24-hour period. (*Midnight Meal – Same as the dinner meal), working the night shift at multiple locations. This meal can be delivered at the same time as the dinner meal and placed in the EOC cooler or warmer device for later use. a. Two (2) meat entree selections with every lunch and dinner delivered, with one containing a Healthy Choice selection at each serving following the National Heart Association guidelines. Two (2) meat entree selections with every lunch and dinner delivered b. Between-meal snacks available on-site at all times (individually wrapped or single-serve chips, cookies, and fresh fruit). c. Individual or single-size serving packets of paper products, drinks, ice, condiments, and utensils to support each serving at each site. d. The total number of meals at each site will be given to Provider six (6) hours in advance of each delivery period. e. As on-site kitchen facilities cannot be guaranteed, Contractor shall be responsible for preparation, delivery of all meals and beverages in a timely and organized fashion. f. Contractor shall provide individual company delivery tickets per day or per meal that document receipt of the meals at shelter or delivery location as supporting documentation for invoices. These will be signed by personnel receiving meals at the shelter or delivery location. g. Hot meals are to be served in “clam shell” type containers. Factory sealed “banquet pack” which includes medium-weight disposable eating utensils, salt and peper packets and a napkin shall be included with each meal.
