Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of San Mateo (CITY) is pursuing professional consulting services for compliance withCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and compliance with the State Water ResourcesControl Board (SWRCB) to comply with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act(NHPA). The SWRCB includes procedures for Section 106 compliance as a part of their"CEQA-Plus" requirements. The City is accepting proposals to select a qualified firm to providean initial study/mitigated negative declaration (IS/MND) and to assess the potentialenvironmental impacts of implementing the project as described in this Request for Proposal(RFP).
