Specifications include, but are not limited to: For the purpose of identifying a contractor who can assist the State with the development and delivery of its education outreach initiatives related to the public assistance, hazard mitigation, homeland security and emergency preparedness programs, and to provide support to the State, including its investments in strategic planning and direction, graphic design and production, message development, visual identity and consistency, support of existing getagameplan.org and gohsep.la.gov websites, marketing collateral, project management, consumer research and other promotional, marketing and advertising-related services and the selected Contractor is willing to assist the State in these endeavors.
