Specifications include, but are not limited to: This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued by the Louisiana Department of Public Safety & Corrections, Corrections Services (herein referred to as the State) for the purpose of soliciting competitive proposals from bona fide, qualified proposers who are interested in assisting teachers who provide adult education services as a part-time teachers aide. One (1) part-time teachers aide is needed to perform the duties at Avoyelles Correctional Center-Lafayette Parish Campus, (hereinafter referred to as AVCLP). One (1) part-time teachers aide is needed to perform the duties at David Wade Correctional Center-Wade Campus, (hereinafter referred to as DWCCWC). One (1) part-time teachers aide is needed to perform the duties at David Wade Correctional Center-Bayou Dorcheat Campus, (hereinafter referred to as DWCCBD). One (1) part-time teachers aide is needed to perform the duties at David Wade Correctional Center-Bossier Parish Campus, (hereinafter referred to as DWCCBP). One (1) part-time teachers aide is needed to perform the duties at David Wade Correctional Center-Rapides Parish Campus, (hereinafter referred to as DWCCRP). One (1) part-time teachers aide is needed to perform the duties at David Wade Correctional Center-LTCW Tallulah Campus, (hereinafter referred to as DWCCLT). One (1) part-time teachers aide is needed to perform the duties at Dixon Correctional Institute, (hereinafter referred to as DCI). One (1) part-time teachers aide is needed to perform the duties at Elayn Hunt Correctional Center, (hereinafter referred to as EHCC). One (1) part-time teachers aide is needed to perform the duties at Louisiana Correctional Institute for Women, (hereinafter referred to as LCIW). One (1) part-time teachers aide is needed to perform the duties at Louisiana State Penitentiary at Angola, (hereinafter referred to as LSP). One (1) part-time teachers aide is needed to perform the duties at Rayburn Correctional Center, (hereinafter referred to as RCC). One (1) part-time teachers aide is needed to perform the duties at Winn Correctional Center, (hereinafter referred to as WNC). These part-time teachers aides are needed for the purpose of assisting on-site educators with routine classroom duties i.e. test (Test of Adult Basic Education & Pre-GED) monitoring, student file organization, CAJUN/LACES data input, duplicating/sorting/compiling student work, MSExcel datauorganization, American Correctional Accreditation file construction, etc...
