Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall provide a Leased Surveillance Security System for the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development District 07 Headquarters located at 5827 Hwy 90 E, Lake Charles, Louisiana 70615. Contract shall include installation of all system components, programming, and maintenance. SYSTEM COMPONENTS System must include at a minimum the following components: One (1) – Master Station with 7 inch video touchscreen One (1) – Sub-master Station with 7 inch video touchscreen Two (2) – Power supplies, one (1) for the Master Station and one (1) for the Sub-master Station One (1) – 4K, 32 channel, 16 TB Network Video Recorder (NVR) Twenty (20) – CCTV IP Bullet Cameras with PoE surge protection and wireless transmission Software o All software required to install, program, and update the system(s)shall be provided by the Contractor at no additional cost to the Department. o Software updates are to be performed per the manufacturer’s recommendations. System shall detect prohibited and unlawful entries into secured and monitored spaces and grant access to law enforcement, first responders, and approved DOTD personnel. System must come complete with either a battery backup or an Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS) that shall automatically activate in the event of brown or black out. The backup or UPS must have the capacity to power all essential system components for a minimum of eight (8) hours.
