Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Security of the grounds, facilities and equipment at DOTD District 03 Headquarters facility located at 428 Hugh Wallis Rd. in Lafayette, LA. 2. Guards shall be required to adhere to DOTD Policies and Procedures as set forth by District 03 Headquarters. 3. Scheduling duty time of security officers and insuring there are guards assigned to the facility for work during all hours as required in this contract. 4. Providing personnel who are legally and properly trained in accordance with Louisiana Revised Statute 37:3284, who have adequate and appropriate experience to perform the security services safely and professionally, who are holders of current registration cards issued by the Louisiana State Board of Private Security Examiners. 5. Each guard will be required to have a minimum of 16 hours of "on-site" training by an established guard before he shall be left alone on a shift. 6. Each guard shift prepares and submits a Security Guard Daily Report. All guards shall sign in when shift begins and sign out when shift ends on this report. This report will be used to verify work hours as well as log events and happenings for each shift. 7. Guard coverage shall be provided as follows: Weekends (48 Hours) 12:00 A.M. until 12:00 A.M. Monday All Holidays (24 Hours)
