Specifications include, but are not limited to: SCOPE: In accordance with the provisions of Texas Government Code, Chapter 2267 Subchapter D, Competitive Sealed Proposal Method, and Rules and Procedures adopted by the Texas Facilities Commission (TFC), TFC is soliciting proposals for the conversion of the former 2,800 square foot Crime Lab into an office suite, including new rooftop AC unit, at the DPS facility located at 1922 South Padre Island Drive, Corpus Christi, TX. The scope of work includes the installation of new interior partitions, ceilings, cabinetry, interior finishes, roof patching, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. All demolition work from finish floor to roof deck will be performed under a separate contract. Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing demolition above the roof deck and below the floor will be required as part of this contract.
