The Regional Transit Authority (RTA) is seeking proposals for business development training. The purpose of this Request For Quotes is to select a proposer to provide live and virtual capacity building training for the RTA’s Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program participants. The workshops included in the training program were Evaluation Form suggestions taken from former workshop participants and shall include the following topics: 1. Mastering the New DBE/ACDBE Program Requirements 2. Responding to RFPs, RFQs & IFBs: Winning Proposal Strategies 3. Building Strong Prime Contractor Relationships 4. Certifications Beyond DBE: Which Ones Actually Help 5. Teaming, Joint Ventures & Mentor-Protégé Programs 6. Proposal Writing Lab (Hands-On) 7. Creating a Competitive Capabilities Statement 8. How to Build Past Performance — Even if You’re New Each workshop shall include, at a minimum: • RTA-approved branding • A PowerPoint presentation • A PDF version of the PowerPoint as a handout for participants • Course-specific handout(s) and/or collateral materials • A course completion certificate with RTA-approved branding
