Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Prepare, install, and remove one existing 25 ft outdoor tree and provide LED transparent multicolor bulbs as needed. Replace outdoor balls and velvet bows as needed. Additional visit in the first week of December for adjustments. • Install and remove animated bell and arch behind the pond. Replace bulbs as needed. Additional visit in the first week of December for adjustments. • Install and remove animated sleigh and three animated deer behind pond. Replace bulbs as needed. Additional visit in the first week of December for adjustments. • Install and remove"Seasons Greetings" banner on arch at entrance of the facility. Replace bulbs as needed. Additionalvisit in the firstweek of December for adjustments. • Install and remove three branch garland,four wreaths and one cascade on the door and windows of the Conference Center.
