Specifications include, but are not limited to: A.Prepare, install, and remove one existing 25 ft. outdoor tree and provide LED transparent multi-color bulbs as needed. Replace outdoor balls and velvet bows as needed. Additional visit in the first week of December for adjustments.B.Install and remove “Seasons Greeting” banner on arch at entrance of the facility. Replace bulbs as needed. Additional visit in the first week of December for adjustments.C.Install and remove three branch garland, four wreaths and one cascade on the door and windows of the Conference Center.D.Install and remove two 9’x12” branch garland around Administration Building entrance door.E.Install and remove wreaths on 15 light poles on the main drive.F.Prepare, install and remove outlining of Evacuation building with C-7 LED stringers. Additional visit in the first week of December for adjustments.G.Install and remove (2) 5 ft. wreathe on Evacuation Bldg. Replace lights as needed. Additional visit in the first week of December for adjustments. H.Install 2 red garland bows and green garland on front porch. Replace bulbs as needed. Additional visit in the first week of December for adjustments.I.Install and remove 4 garland covered wire figures on the Evacuation Bldg. Figures will be lit with C- 9 LED bulbs. Additional visit in the first week of December for adjustments.J.Install and remove outlining the front of the Resource Center with 175 ft. of C-7 LED stringers. Additional visit in the first week of December for adjustments.K.Install and remove one lit 5 ft. wreath with red bow in front of Resource Bldg. Additional visit in the first week of December for adjustments.L.Install and remove 250 ft. of C7 stringers with synchronized C-7 stringers with synchronized C-7 LED color change bulbs on 2 live oak trees. Additional visit in the first week of December for adjustments.M.Install and remove 1,000 ft. of C-7 LED stringers on Residence Bldg. Additional visit in the first week of December for adjustments.N.Install and remove 1,500 ft. C-7 LED stringers on Residence Bldg. Additional visit in the first week of December for adjustments.O.Install and remove light strings on Administration Bldg., and buildings 750.
