Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project consists of renovating an approximately 9,500 s.f. existing brick on slab Classroom Building 4708 at Camp Cook in Ball, Louisiana. The existing floorplan will be redesigned to meet current Unified Facility Criteria (UFC), United States Army Sergeants Major Academy (USASMA), and Center of Standardization (Norfolk District) classroom requirements. Areas to be renovated include: administration space, classrooms, break room, latrines and support spaces. Systems to update include: Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, IT, A/V, and Automated Fire Detection and Alarm Systems. Design and construction of the project shall follow the Design Guide (DG) 415-1, DG 415-5, and NG Pam 415-12, as well as all applicable local, state, and federal codes. Investigative services may be authorized as an increase to the Designers fee. The project must be completely designed and ready to bid not later than January 4, 2022
