This acquisition is Total Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS is 812320. The PSC is S209. The contract type will be a firm fixed price service contract. The government proposes to solicit from the attached scope of work. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Clauses and Department of Labor Wage Rates for Services are included in this order and are applicable.
Vendors doing business with the Coast Guard must be registered or be willing to register with the System Award Management at www.SAM.gov.
This solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed Price Service Contract awarded to the offeror with the Lowest Price. Offerors must be actively registered in System for Award Management.
United States Coast Guard Base New Orleans, LA is accepting proposals for qualified individuals or firms service to maintain linens. The Contractor shall provide the following types and quantities of clean linens listed is the SOW without visible stains or damage on a weekly basis.
It is mandatory to examine the scope of work and recommended to visit the facility as per FAR 52.237-1. After the award of contract, a pre-conference will be held prior to starting the work at Coast Guard Base New Orleans.

FAR 52.237-1 -- Site Visit (Apr 1984). Offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
