Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project consists of a new Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT) field and metal building at Camp Cook in Ball, Louisiana. The project site is the existing jogging track and adjacent area. The new ACFT field will be raised to provide a level surface of approximately 21,000 s.f., and will include areas for track, weight lifting and other related training. A new approximately 1,000 s.f. metal building shall include an unheated storage area, latrines, a roll up door, a covered entry area, and surrounding walkways. Designer is responsible for providing utilities/extensions to the building from on-site utilities. Design and construction of the project shall follow the Design Guide (DG) 415-1, DG 415-5, and NG Pam 415-12, requirements of ACFT as well as all applicable local, state, and federal codes
