Specifications include, but are not limited to: Armed Guard Service To provide armed security services for the State Licensing Board for Contractors, at 2525 Quail Drive, Baton Rouge,Louisiana for the protection of employees, the public and/or property of the State Licensing Board for Contractors during two monthly board meetings and any other event that the board deems necessary. The agency will notify the vendor at least 24 hours prior to any special event. A.#RESPONSIBILITIES OF SECURITY SERVICES•#Provide a highly visible armed deterrence presence prior to, during and after board/subcommittee hearings•#Deter criminal acts by their uniformed presence and intervene where appropriate to prevent injurious or unlawful acts.•#Maintains order/an orderly atmosphere in a potentially hostile environment to protect persons and property.Monitors, observes, and stays on alert for suspicious activity and exercises crowd control as needed, warns violators of rules infractions.
