The Contractor(s) will be responsible for providing arboreal services throughout City Park. The services must adhere to the specifications outlined in the full Scope of Work. Contractors are expected to supply all necessary materials and ensure alignment with CPC event scheduling and coordination with CPC staff. CPC will determine when vendor services are required. CPC and service providers must agree to and arrange any changes to scheduled work in advance. • Organic tree debris must be removed from the park. • If trees are removed, remaining stumps must be ground to level with the surrounding ground. • Prices must include all fees, equipment and fuel surcharges, disposal and permit fees. • Contract rates are based on unit pricing, which means CPC may increase or decrease services based on our requirements. Vendor will provide regular arboreal services required for CPC, except for special events and services provided by third party users of City Park. CPC will notify vendor by method mutually agreed upon when services are required. Services removed will be billed on the last day of the month, when those services are discontinued.
