Combined Synopsis- Solicitation for Commercial Items (IAW FAR 12.603)
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Request for Quotation (RFQ), solicitation number FA4608-21-Q-0069 in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13, and is in accordance with provisions and clauses effective in Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 2021-05) as of 2 August 2021. This is a total set aside for small business and the associated North American Industry Classification (NAICS) number is 334290. The small business size standard is 750 employees.

Description/Purpose:
This requirement is for the purchase and installation of a new access control system for the 2nd Operations Support Squadron for Barksdale AFB, LA. All equipment purchased must be compatible with the existing Paxton Net-2 system that is currently in place.

All equipment MUST be “Brand Name” or “Equal” and any equipment purchased that is not Paxton specific (Equal) must be an approved system listed on Paxton's Website (https://www.paxton-access.com/us/integrating-with-paxton/) at the time of the solicitation posting.

Quotes are required to be received no later than Wednesday, 18 August 2021, 1:00pm CST.
