Specifications include, but are not limited to:All equipment and procedures will be in accordance with the latest techniques of the industry and will afford maximum security to valuables at all times. Crew will consist of a minimum of two highly qualified, armed operators properly licensed and bonded, and in attendance at all times during the pick-up, transfer and depositing of all valuables. Vendor will be in compliance with existing laws and regulations pertaining to Armored Car Service Operations. There will be late night pickups during each registration. These pickups will be as late as 10:00 P.M. and are shownonourpickupsched u l e t i m e s a s “ t o b e a n n o u n c e d ” . A d d i t i o n a l l a t e n i g h t p i c k u p s m a y b e r e q u i r e d o f t h e armored car company. A schedule for the armored car services for the period covered in this bid will be furnished to the awarded vendor. The schedule is firm but is subject to review by this office during the year as our needs change and revision will be binding to the armored car company. The LSUS regular schedule for pickups is every Tuesday and Friday. Although a regular pickup schedule is being provided for the armored car service there may be an occasional need for additional pickups. If this need should occur, the armored car company will be notified and will be expected to respond within one hour of when the call was made.
