Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work involves design, bidding and construction administration phases for HVAC related improvements andupgrades for Eble Park Ice Arena (Eble) located at 19400 W. Bluemound Rd in Brookfield and Naga-WaukeePark Ice Arena (Naga-Waukee) located at 2946 Golf Rd in Delafield.An outside consultant prepared a study to identify and evaluate deficiencies in the existing system and providedrecommendations and estimated pricing to correct those deficiencies. A copy of the study is included with thissolicitation, Reference Exhibit C Energy Study. Sections applicable to this project are highlighted in yellow. ForEble, this includes HVAC system improvements and for Naga-Waukee, this includes HVAC component upgradesand installation of a new desiccant system. Details can be found in the aforementioned study
