Specifications include, but are not limited to: GENERAL: The intent of this proposal is to establish prices for a 30 ft Christmas Tree for the City of Baton Rouge DPW Directors Office. The evaluation of the services offered and the determination of the lowest responsive and responsible bidder will be the sole responsibility of the Purchasing Division after consultation with the using agency. Vendor to be responsible for removing and placing tree in designated City storage location. The installer of the tree will deliver the tree to the site, provide his own equipment necessary to install the tree, all necessary personnel to operate the lifts, experienced frame climbers to attach the wiring harness and tree limbs, and have experienced electrical technicians on hand to handle any electrical needs. At removal, the crews removing the tree will have all the necessary equipment to remove and crate the tree branches, remove the frame, and transport the crates and tree frame to Baton Rouges storage facility where it is to be placed into storage for future use.
