1. If a Bidder is registered with Bidnet Direct and down loads bid packages with the
intentions of submitting proposal, email City of Bossier Purchasing to be placed on our
Plan Holders List.
2. Procuring Plans and Specifications from Purchasing for: RFP #03-25 Modular Shoot
House. The City of Bossier will receive proposals until 10:00 a.m. CST October 20, 2025.

3. Proposals may be submitted electronically through www.bidnetdirect.com until the
date and time as indicated in this document. A secure digital signature obtained from
third party is required. The following is recommended: Https://www.docusign.com/ . If
a bid bond is required, it may also be sent electronically by paying an annual fee to
Http://surety2000.com . It is the sole responsibility of the supplier to ensure their bid
reaches Bidnet Direct before the closing date and time.
4. Supplier may submit the proposal directly to purchasing in writing, attached forms must
be used. The proposal must be signed in ink, sealed in a properly addressed envelope,
delivered to the Bossier City Purchasing Agent, 2nd Floor, Municipal Building, 620
Benton Road, Bossier City, LA 71111 by the Due Date and Time. Written evidence of the
authority of the person signing the bid for public works projects should be submitted at
the time of the RFP deadline must be included. Bidder Name, "Bid Number", “Bid
Title”, and "Due Date" should appear on the outside of the envelope.
5. All prices and notations must be in ink or typewritten. Errors may be crossed out and
corrections printed in ink or typewritten and initialed in ink by person signing proposal.
If there is an error in the extension, the unit price will govern.
6. proposals, modifications, or corrections received after the closing time on the "Due
Date" will be considered late and will be considered non responsive.
7. Facsimile or e-mail transmission of bids to purchasing will not be considered.
